Grids & Guides

Using Grids & Guides

To Display and Turn off Grids and Guides:

These options are all found in the View Menu across the top of the software.

Show Bleed: Displays bleed lines that you setup with your document

Show Margins: Display the margin guidelines

Guides: To pull out a guide onto your document, click on the horizontal ruler across the top OR on the vertical ruler along the L side. Hold the left mouse button and drag a guide onto your document.

To display or turn off guides: View-->Show Guides

To display a grid: View-->Show Grid

To edit the grid: View-->Grid and Axis Manager

Guides Manager: Clear your guides by selecting it in the Horizontal Guides or Vertical Guides box and click the trash can to delete
